Terms and Conditions

By securing the services of Long Table Catering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure a seamless process from your initial menu selection through to the final presentation on the day of your event.

We strive to provide an elegant, seasonal dining experience and clear communication throughout our working relationship.

To reserve our catering team for your chosen date, a signed agreement and an initial non-refundable deposit are required. Until both are received, dates remain subject to availability.

• The deposit amount will be outlined in your initial proposal.
• The final balance is due prior to the event, by the date specified in your booking agreement.
• Any additional requests or extra guest additions made after final payment will be billed separately.

Because our menus rely on seasonal ingredients, minor variations may occur based on market availability. We will communicate any necessary adjustments in advance.

A final guest count and all dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. This number becomes the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes. We can often accommodate slight increases after this date, but the final count cannot be reduced.

In the event that you must cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Initial deposits remain non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event may require partial payment of the anticipated final balance.
• Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the event will be charged in full, as ingredients and staff have already been secured.
